I booked 2 houses that said they were available, but then the owners contacted me saying they were both unavailable and they don't know why it showed as available in the system. Then I booked a house...

Cancelled My Reservation
I am very upset that my reservation was suddenly cancelled after full payment was processed. I won't lie, that trusting this company to book through again will be very difficult.

Booking process was smooth. The total cost could be more apparent prior to booking - referring to cleaning fees, other add ons.

Houses availabilities are always wrong.
I have never seen a worst UX on a website. If you are unable to get your hosts to get their availability updated to a minimum, why do you bother in copying Airbnb's approach?
