Thank you for the kind review! We have found dealing with thousands of customers that the best way to resolve issues is either through email, TeamViewer remote support session, or live chat on our website. If you have any questions we would be more than happy to assist.
It works fine with the exception of Netflix (always) and Philo (sometimes) are rejected because they say I'm logging in from outside the U.S. The routing screen shows Chicago Utp

Streaming servers blocking VPN servers is a common issue lately. Certain VPN providers have had success in avoiding these blocks. However, this may change day-to-day and so we cannot guaranteer a recommended VPN provider's continued success regarding this.
If you're having issues we strongly recommend that you contact your VPN provider directly and check if there's a recommended server or if they have a workaround in place.
