The only sale the valve, I was thinking the flapper( the part that you connect to the tank) the one I wanted to change was broken

Right product and delivered on time. Unfortunately there wasn’t anyone to contact either on the phone or by email but in this instance it wasn’t a problem.
Glad you are happy with the tap kit. PUT A NOTE IN YOUR DIARY BEFORE THE FROSTS ARRIVE LATER IN THE YEAR... Drain the tap, put an insulated cover on it if you have one... if not done, you risk the water freezing and your tap breaking (not covered under warranty I'm afraid).
