Good service, should not give a delivery date unless absolutely certain that it will be achieved.

Hi Adam, Thank you for your feedback and comments.
We do state that delivery dates are subject to alteration with little or no notice due to the Covid-19 situation due to circumstances beyond our control. Our estimate for manufacture was 3-4 weeks and we did deliver well within that. We ordered in materials in advance of payment to ensure we could commence manufacture as soon as possible.
We accept it was 2 days later than we said and apologise for this but we are happy that we did everything that we could to deliver to you as quickly as possible. I'm sure you will agree that in our industry, delivery of a painted, bespoke product in just 10 working days from payment is exceptional.
We hope to work with you again the in future and will endeavour to adhere to delivery dates given.
