Hi and thank you for the feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your trip. I would like to thank you also for your comments about the tip system, and am pleased to tell you that we will trial the single envelope approach for 3 months from this week, with a view to implement it permanently. Everyone from the guides to the crew were amazing. They were friendly and helpful and very polite. The food was amazing and the rooms were clean. I would definitely book with them again
