Thank you for your comments. We don't supply our radiators with plugs fitted as the majority are directly wired in to fused spurs rather than being plugged in. If we supplied them with plugs, most would be cut off and thrown away in order to wire in to the fused spur. I hope this explains it. Regards, Richard Brown Managing Director Electrorad U.K. Ltd

Thank you for your feedback. We have plans to produce an instruction video for setting up the programmer which should make the process clearer. There are ways of doing the override that you've suggested on the programmer, but it would be easier with an 'override' button so we will look in to it.
