Poor cimmunication
We liked the gentlemen when he came to home but then he didn’t figure out how to install correctly and install has been delayed. Poor communication

It looks nice and works as promised. Very expensive but hopefully will last. We like that if we have trouble Kohler deals with it. Installers were very efficient and helpful.

Great Product
