We would like to thank you for taking the time to supply us with your feedback on Feefo. We can understand your frustration with the additional transfer to the Supplier Depot in Windhoek on your arrival, but this is merely to ensure the handover goes as smoothly as possible and with minimum delays to yourself, the Renter. It is much easier to attend to any other unforeseen problems which may arise when you are at the depot with all their facilities and equipment readily available, this could include extra equipment needed, removal of larger unnecessary items from the vehicle, etc. We noted that you also experienced this yourself when the fridge had to be removed last minute to assist with the luggage load and am sure you can now understand their reasoning behind this. During the consultation process both our consultant as well as the owner of the supplier in question contacted you directly regarding the collection and to advise you that handover will be done at their Depot (which is en-route to Etosha) and that they would try assist as best they can to try and avoid any delays on your journey.
Our suppliers are researching electronic options to replace the paperwork, their first priority is however to ensure that the renter understands the Rental Contract and receive a comprehensive handover to ensure a safe and pleasurable holiday.

We apologize for the frustration and lost time upon arrival. Elzanne from our Customer Car Division has been in touch resending both the confirmation e-mail and car rental voucher for Hertz sent to you via e-mail by your rental consultant Ntuthu with the collection instructions. We are investigating how we can make it easier for our clients to search their inbox on keywords in our correspondence if they misplaced their car rental voucher upon collection of their vehicle.
