There are terms and conditions that does not get communicated to clients such as for instense extension of a minimum 3days from the first booking.
In several instance, the picture on the website...

We would like to apologise for you not being 100% satisfied with your experience. Drive South Africa is an online booking agent and deal with a variety of top Suppliers to be able to assist with all our clients rental requirements. Unfortunately, as also indicate on our website, we cannot guarantee specific vehicles, only vehicle groups “or similar”. We can submit a request to them but availability is entirely dependent on the Supplier branch over the specified rental days.
With regards to the extension limitation, to enable us to continue supplying our customers with the same variety of vehicles and best deals we need to abide by the Terms supplied to us by our Suppliers. As much as it may seem like an inconvenience, we trust you can understand that we need to adhere to these rules.
