We have retrieved the correspondence of your booking and can confirm that we received your payment confirmation at 11h42 on the 1st of December 2017. Your consultant booked your vehicle accordingly and the confirmation was sent to yourselves and the Supplier at 12h02 on the same day.
We pride ourselves on our 2 hour turnaround time and I am very pleased that our Consultant went beyond that to confirm the booking to you within 20 minutes.
This confirmation email included your voucher as well as the Supplier details and contact numbers. Unfortunately we received no queries prior to your second request on the 3rd of December and had no way of knowing that you had not received your confirmation as the email delivery showed no errors on our side.
If I could suggest that you possibly check your account settings - the email may have bounced through to your Spam folder.
With regards to the rates in question: We deal with a variety of the leading Car Rental agencies and our rates are not purely based on the cheapest rates, but also on the Best Packages we can offer our clients with regards to the Waivers as well as mileage included.
We thank you for taking the time to supply us with your feedback and hope to have cleared up any confusion with regards to your booking.

Our Customer Care division has been in contact regarding the booking confirmation that was not received. We can confirm that the voucher and booking confirmation was sent within 20 minutes of payment being received and that the problem seems to have been with the retrieval of the recipients email.
We apologise for any inconveniences experienced and urge our clients to make contact with us if they have any queries as our friendly consultants are always ready to assist.
