Don't let people pay for a specific class of vehicle if it is not avalible.
Communicate the correct branch where the vehicle must be picked up from.

As advised, our website does not show live availability and to assist our consultant offered an alternative vehicle which was accepted and confirmed.
The difference will be refunded to your card and we apologise for any inconveniences caused.
With regards to the branch we kindly ask that you refer to your rental voucher which indicates collection and contact details of the relevant Supplier branch.

The rental company I was sent to the staff was rude to be particular the was one specific Indian guy who not helpful & rude. Other wise the car was fine even though it was not the car I wanted....
