We have investigated and can confirm that all vouchers were emailed to the Supplier prior to the return date and that a copy was also sent to your email address provided to us. Our IT department have checked and all seems to have been sent from our side. We apologise however for the calls from the Supplier and the frustration this must have caused with you having to continuously follow up.
With regards to the charges we see that you returned the vehicle after the stipulated time in your last request to us and unfortunately "out of contract" rates will be charged by the Supplier.
We are delighted to hear that you were happy with the rental vehicle provided and that all went well on your trip.

We had to shorten our travel and even though bidvest was willing to refund us, drive South Africa was not cooperating at all. Besides this the service was fast and friendly.

As per our Terms and Conditions we do not offer refunds for early returns as we in turn are charged for the full period by the Supplier. Unfortunately the branch is not able to make such decisions and are not privy to our contract with their Head Office and/or our account.

Southern Africa is predominantly an arid desert region and the majority of Secondary routes travelled are on harsh unsealed dust or gravel roads and unfortunately it is impossible to make the vehicle dust-proof, but other than that we are delighted to hear that all went well with your rental and that you are happy with the service received from Drive South Africa as well as the Supplier.
