Getting information before the event from the admin team at Dream Challenges took a long time sometimes. On the ground the team were great and the ground crews were great.

Not as good as they used to be
Service from the admin team can be inconsistent and frustrating. I would ask a simple question by email and not get a complete answer, or the person responding wouldn’t have read the entire email...
