Good products poor customer service
Have less patronising members of staff who are actually interested

Great plants, very healthy
yes I would always buy from Dobies, their plants are really good and never disappoint; Their packaging of plants is pretty good too, plants arrive in good condition

Dead plants
Pansies that I ordered took too long to come and some were dead when they arrived. They did get replaced but would have preferred not to have to complain.

Watch out for poor delivery times it kills plants
50% of plants were bad or dead

I am sorry if you are not happy with your order. I note your Bulbs were despatched 13th September and were delivered 15th September. Please let us know which of the Bulbs were not up to standard to enable us to help.
