Not sure who to blame but I was advised by Direct2Florist that delivery had been made whereas in fact it had not and eventually turned up a full 24 hours later in bad condition. I have yet to hear...

We have been dealing with the florist for you on this order and i can confirm that we have issued a full refund which should show back into your account over the next few days. As a result of this complaint we have now removed the florist from the website and will not be sending them any more orders. Zoe Lee
