Hello, we regret that you feel the service is poor since your questions have been answered as they arose in each email submitted to us. Unfortunately, cancelation terms apply of which you were aware when booking online since we have committed to the suppliers of the holiday arrangements. We can look to amend your holiday to accommodate a request for this but otherwise we do not offer credit where there is no money to associate to that. The relevant team will address any further enquiries you have to resolve this in the best way for you if you contact them.

Mrs Hall we are very sorry to hear this and having investigated do not find that the staff were rude however we apologise if this was your perception of them in conversation when they provided the advice to you. Our terms you ticked to accept when booking online do mention about Amex use being an exception which is due to the charges applied but we are sorry if this point was not properly conveyed to you.

Hello and thank you for your comments which we are very sorry to hear. We can see that you have received advice now about what occurred which was that it appears you made 2 attempts to pay £3.999.95 online on 28th May 2023 (2 x 3999.95 = 7999.90); however, these were both refused.
Nothing has been authorised on our side for these two transactions, so nothing should have left your bank and it I would seem that the issue is with your bank and not us.
As the customer, you made some successful payments after these attempts but those successful payments are the only ones we have received any money for. We trust that you can clear this up with your bank and address the matter of any financial impact to you, to them. In closing, we hope the above explanation and facts helps you understand the situation which gave you cause to issue a negative review and on balance, once you have had time to digest the above, we would appreciate any amendment you could make to your review which would then be reflective of the promised service level and experience you had with us.

Mr Johnson we regret you feel this way however we find no fault on the part of our customer service team - they did assist you within the expected timescales which they advise when dealing with enquiries to amend arrangements. We are sorry that the wrong dates were booked by you and infer that the additional cost to make that change being so high has led you to be frustrated - but the costs are going to be different for high season and over which we have no control.

Hello,, you are correct I am frustrated, I find it hard to understand that I can book the hotel and dates that I want on your website for £1092 and when I asked for the dates to be changed the price you gave me was £2274. I realise the fault was mine originally and I was willing to pay the extra Cost to rectify this , but I feel this was way to much . I now have lost £983 which is the main cause of my frustration.
