Good prompt service
We had great service from Lydia. The problem with cruise1st at the moment is, the phones do not work. You can't get to speak to anyone so you don't know whether you are getting our emails or not.

Great preparation for our future cruise
The listened to what I preferred and adjusted the cruise holiday accordingly. They utiilsed future cruise deposits for the majority of the booking and confirmed everything possible within the day
