“We have looked into this and based on our records and information from the Client cannot see we have ever acted unprofessionally or twisted the truth when dealing with your job search; our Consultants have constantly tried to speak to you on the phone but communication is usually limited to email which is not how we prefer to work and things can then be misinterpreted. We have tried again to reach out to you to discuss the below by phone to understand any specifics. We have a very good reputation in the market for being an honest and Consultative agency so are keen to rectify any mis-communication with urgency, so please do get back in touch. Obviously with new starters they can take longer to understand the market and we try to support them, but they can only truly learn an individual’s motivations and needs by speaking to candidates directly. We will of course make sure we feed back to the team and that any further training is delivered.”
