Disappointing, I was forced to cancel my trip due to unexpected health problems.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Without knowing the specifics of your situation, usually the aim of our cancellation coverage is to make the insured 'whole' which means if you were reimbursed for your flights through the airline or able to reschedule them then we would only cover the loss that you were actually out of pocket.
