Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience when you were trying to renew your policy. Our IT team have encountered numerous problems during the upgrade to SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) which eventually will make all transactions through our website safer but there has been quiet a bit of teething problems, which led to some policies being unable to renew online for a period. I take on board that we could have been more pro-active in keeping you informed of any error. I am glad to hear that where you had direct communication with our team that they were doing there upmost to help you as we do try and provide a good customer experience.
