We are sorry to hear that you had some issues with the assembly of the bed frame, and this item is a flat-pack item and this is deemed suitable for home assembly. If there were any queries or questions during the assembly process, we are available to help in any way that we can, or Julian Bowen can also be there to assist on the telephone, if you needed any help/ assistance.
The telephone service was brilliant, took my order quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss. Very polite and courteous. A time was given for bed delivery and it arrived as planned.

Thank you for your feedback. Our supplier, Steens, have advised to double check all the fittings to see if they slightly need tightening, and hopefully this will resolve the slight wobble. We like the picture!

With regards to mattresses, should a customer wish to look at alternatives to a spring mattress, then there are foam mattress to consider. Also, many spring mattresses are available in medium, medium - firm tension, so there is a great choice of mattresses to match your preferences.

Yes you are correct and you do also supply a wide range of great mattresses' that make this bed a great, strong sleeper cabin and together with the price, its a very good buy.
