Sent back a pair of slippers and have not received my refund even though I have tracked the parcel and it has been delivered. Tried to contact them but no response for over 24 hours.

Placed a 2nd order as previous order was beautifully presented and packaged. Disappointed that order arrived in plastic bag in another plastic bag! No presentation at all

We hope you’er well. Thank you so much for getting in touch here and for letting us know about this issue. Unfortunately we are an incredibly small company who have been hugely impacted with COVID-19. The pandemic has had huge affects on our business. We send all of our non sale orders out in out boxes however were unable to do this during the sales period as it would have been far too expensive for us. We hope this is understandable. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. 💖

Impressed with how you package items. If you have a database might be worth checking to see if a client has purchased previously as I won’t return as very disappointed!
