Customer services was exceptional. My dressing gown was out of stock and I heard no news for a week. Contacted them and they got back within a couple of hours to sort out a replacement . Came 2 days...
Lovely dressing gown. Cheerful colour. Delivery quicker than expected . Good choice if courier.

Never received my item! I have been in contact and thre only response is outs with the shipping carrier and they won't do anything. It's been 6 weeks. Scam!

Thank you so much for getting in touch here. We can only offer our deepest apologies for the inconvenience you have seen with your parcel. Unfortunately the international shipping sector is still being hugely affected by COVID-19 which is causing delays throughout the process. We can see claims were raised on your order to get the issues resolved however it looks like the carrier never replied. We can only apologies for this. To ensure you are not left out of pocket for any longer periods of time we have gone ahead and processed a full refund for you. You should hopefully receive this shortly.
Moving forward we will begin an investigation internally with the carrier to locate the original parcel.
