Tutorials are down to earth and easy to understand giving me confidence. It is great to see that professionals also make mistakes and how to correct them.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree that using real cake on every tutorial would be ideal, but with the generic how to cover a real cake lessons we try and skip the covering of the real cake when we can, just referring to the other lessons, which saves on time and ingredients. If there´s anything at all different then we use real cake and film from start to finish. I´ll certainly take it onboard :-)
