so i far i have seen pbss very coperative my card was not working and they allowed me free access to their tutorials which no one allows... i spent so much money on buying online tutorials which aint...
This is a good company and I would recommend them. I get regular emails keeping me up to date with the latest sugar craft tools, products ideas etc.
if anything I would like to see more features...

As a result of feedback, as well as the weekly lesson added to the tutorial where Paul talks about pricing we will be looking to add a new monthly tutorial looking at things like dressing a shop window, SEO and other topics recently fed back from our Pro members.
Such a great teaching experience on the site,with lots of info. I would recommend to anyone wanting to take online classes,I myself have got so much out of joining PB online school.

They only complaint that I have about this company is that on some of the video lessons, they freeze and you have to stop/start them quite a few times. Other than that I definately recommend them. ...
