Good afternoon,
Thank you very much for your feedback, I have tried to call earlier but I was unable to get an answer and there was no voice message option available. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any offers upon purchasing other than relevant offers that are available at the time and I can only apologise for any confusion surrounding this. If we send items out that are damaged or defective, we will replace them free of charge. However, we were unable to do this in this instance as the damage occured after delivery. I am sorry that you are not entirely happy with the experience and if you would like to contact me on either 0800 029 1000 or sevice@waltons.co.uk and we can discuss this further and reach a resolution that you are happy with.
