Having a banner at the top of website offering "Free Next Day Delivery on All Orders" when A. it is not free and B. your order will not arrive the next day is extremely misleading.

Generally, very positive. Staff members are always helpful, the quality of merchandise is always first class and deliveries are more often than not prompt and unproblematic.
Generally i find the service very good, but i have found a few times that gear is not stocked and appears to be dropshipped which can result in delays.
