Perfectly packaged
One of the items in the hamper was unavailable so I was offered a couple of alternatives. I chose my own replacement which was accepted and the package was dispatched the same day.

Beautiful hamper - very well received by the new parents. There was stock issue with the original teddy, but the company informed us well ahead of time, and the replacement was equally as lovely.

Item was beautiful but not impressed that I paid for delivery within 3 working days and it did not arrive until late afternoon on the 4th day

As noted in our delivery information, shipping times are based on working days (Monday to Friday). Your order was placed on a Friday, and we dispatched it on the next working day (Monday), as promptly as possible. While we always aim to dispatch quickly, delivery times can vary depending on the courier, and unfortunately, these timeframes are not guaranteed.
