It hasn’t even turned up to my house. Don’t know if it’s been delivered elsewhere but it isn’t at mine

Apologies you have experienced an issue with your delivery.
I have checked your tracking and can see the parcel is showing as successfully delivered to the correct address on the 28/05/2022, the delivery photo shows the parcel being accepted.
We have not received any contact from yourself in regards to this delivery. If you cannot locate your parcel after checking with household members please get in contact with our customer service team via csupport@woodhouseclothing.com and they will be able to assist this further.

I apologise you have had trouble with the sizing of your items.
Sergio are currently going through a transitional period with size guidance, therefore some of the labels on the items can be inaccurate but are usually the correct size. This is usually advertised on the packaging.
