Disappointed
I am really unimpressed toothbrush fell apart completely I expect refund as i paid enough for a faulty product.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear this. It is very unusual for this to happen but sometime there can be manufacturing errors with any product. I try and resolve any problems quickly and sent you a replacement already. I did not know you wanted a refund and I have sent that to you now as well.
