With regards to your comments we do allow at least 15 minutes for a viewing and sometimes up to an hour or more for a larger property. Usually 15 minutes is a sufficient amount of time to view a one bedroom ground apartment such as the one you have bought through us but I appreciate everyone is different and have different requirements. I apologise if my colleague came across as rushed and am sure this was not his intention. We do try to accommodate anyone who wishes to view with us to the best of our ability. For this reason we offer viewings seven days a week and will often work into the evening to make sure everyone gets a chance to see all the properties on their list. We also happily attend viewings for buyer measure ups etc once an offer has been agreed. I am sorry that you felt pestered during the progression of the sale. We aim to keep all sales moving along towards exchange and to keep all parties fully informed of developments. Our fall through rate for sales is well below the national average and this is due to consistent and thorough communication.
