Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, we appreciate your kind words and we apologies for the difficulty with the string and tea bags. We are committed to being environmentally friendly and therefore our teabags are made from Corn Starch and the label/string is heat fused onto the bag. However as this has caused tearing issues we are actively looking into alternatives which work better whilst remaining environmentally friendly. Keep an eye out for an update to our teabags and string!
