Hello Natalia and thank you for your feedback. Your comment translated into English says, “Transport and customs costs are very high” (from the United Kingdom to Switzerland). Firstly, the UK Royal Mail automatically calculates the transport cost based on the size and weight of an international parcel. This is out of our control and was in fact only £12.75 which includes all customs paperwork and export clearance paperwork. I don’t feel this is in fact a high price to pay for a tracked delivery to Switzerland. I’m sorry that you do. Secondly, the Government of Switzerland determines the customs costs applicable to products being imported (as every country does). Again, this is entirely out of our control, and we always recommend clients check this in their country before ordering if possible. From our end, we shipped your parcel with all completed customs paperwork within 24 hours of your purchase and it was delivered to you in under 7 days. I hope you agree that we have done everything that we could to process your order. Our best wishes to you from the UK. Kind regards, Beccy and Paul.
