Help was on hand throughout the holiday and booking was easy.
Fantastic service by the team at Best of Suffolk, booking process quick and easy. It's a shame they don't run a full service agency (see comments below).

Issues were not with Best of Suffolk team just the property which we appreciate they have little control over. We're hoping we will not experience similar issues with the property in Kent.
Beautiful property really met our needs with our dog in tow .Will definitely book this flat again through Best of Suffolk in fact booked two more properties for 2014 .
