Thank you for taking the time to talk to me a few moments ago, we are sorry the service you received didn't live up to your previous experience of dealing with Best Car Buyer. As you said you had sold two cars to us previously and were more than happy with the service we provided. I think the car in question an 05 Plate BMW was originally valued higher as it had 5 owners and we assumed some service history. When we discussed it in more detail the number of owners was more than expected and I don't think there was any service history (forgive me if I am wrong on that). There is no excuse for the time taken to come back to you and possibly how we explained the reason behind the reduction in value at the time. Our aim is to contact everyone within 1 working day at the absolute minimum. Hopefully you will at least try us again in the future, if only for comparison.
