Easy ordering process, fast delivery, helpful over the phone. BBQ arrived well packaged, no damage. Very pleased with the service and the product.

The apparatus was said in stock online but it was only sent out 3 days later. The delivery took another 4 days so it was quite disappointing

Hi, Thank you for sending a review. I think it fair to point out that you purchased a rotisserie for a BBQ that we did not sell you. You hoped it would fit the Robert Dyas own model that you had but unfortunately for you it didn't. We simply asked you to return the item for a refund. Out of stock item even though website showed was in stock
I ordered the BBQ from this website because it was showing as being in stock, whereas in other sites it was out of stock. It was only when I chased it up with BBQ Centre as the cover had not arrived...

I cant rate these Guys High enough. They designed, supplied and installed a full Napoleon Outdoor Kitchen for me. From start to finish the service for Paul and the team has been excellent.
