Faulty radiator replaced quickly
Faulty radiator replaced after quite a few emails. One member of staff not too helpful whilst others were very good. Fast shipment once problem sorted out. Unfortunate time over festive period but...

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend to purchase from this supplier. Item was missold. Description was not accurate. Avoid!

I am sorry you feel this way, providing the panels for the vanity unit without drilled holed is standard practice and a plumber will be able to drill these holes where needed.
