This review is the perfect example of AXA ignoring all complaints and requests. They've mentioned they'll be in touch in "due course", a month ago, and nobody has gotten in touch with me. The case is with the Financial Ombudsman now, due to AXA's repeated breach of contract.

Always there when you need them. knowledgeable and friendly.
I deal with AXA a lot and I always get a great service with any thing I need . They are friendly and professional, and you are not waiting too long to actually speak in person to somebody.

Straightforward and easy to deal with
Spoke to two or three different personnel, each of whom were friendly and professional. The staff member, Molly, who dealt with the actual claim, was patient, courteous and very efficient.

Professional, great friendly customer service .
I have always found the service first class. The staff are very knowledgeable, and friendly. You never haver to wait long to speak to someone on the phone unlike other insurers.
