We appreciate you choosing us and taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your kind comments about our booking process and customer service. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced when checking in at the hotel. Our website does state under our General Policies that bookings must include at least one person aged 21 or over. However, we’re sorry if this requirement wasn’t clear enough at the time of booking. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like this helps us identify where we can make our information clearer for customers. We’re glad the hotel was ultimately able to resolve the situation and allow you to check in, and we hope you were able to enjoy your stay. Kind regards, Attraction Tickets Team
