Thank you for your feedback, and we were truly sorry to hear about the issues you faced when the machine was delivered. As soon as you brought this to our attention, the team acted quickly and proactively, organising the necessary repairs straight away and giving MJ Fry the authorisation to get everything sorted for you. We're pleased that the majority of the work has been completed and that the machine is now in use. Rest assured, we’ll ensure the remaining work is finished to satisfaction and we thank you for your cooperation and communication throughout the process.
