I think that the delivery is always slow and i also think that there is inflexibility in terms of exhanges. In addition the customer is charged for the return. I dont think i will buy again

We are so sorry hear to this. I have looked into your order and can see this took 4 working days to dispatch which is within our delivery period of 5-7 working days. If the items you order are in our main warehouse then they get delivered next day, if they are in our external warehouse then these can take slightly longer, which is what has happened in your case. If you need something by a certain date, then please do not hesitate to give us a call and we can give you a rough estimate. We do not offer exchanges, we do however ask that you return the shoes you no longer wish to keep and re-order the new pair. If you are sending back to re-order another size then we are more than happy to reimburse you for your cost of postage. If you just pop over an email with proof of postage to online@step2wo.co.uk then we will be happy to do this for you.

Delivered as quoted, a lovely product very good quality. Disappointed at the fact I needed to pay return for boots to change size. Nonetheless I would recommend to a friend.

I would just like to say in case of a future problem. The zip on the left boot is very tricky to pull up, definitely does not zip up effortlessly like the right one.
I had a question regarding shipping times and they responded to me quickly with multiple options. They let me know I could receive the shoes faster if I purchased through other stores that had shoes...
