We have looked into this for you and can see that your order was dispatched on the 5th working day, as part of our 5-7 working day estimate that would have been stated in your confirmation. If the item is in our main warehouse these will be dispatched for next working day. If the item you order is needed for a specific time please do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to give you an estimate on your order. I have looked into your order and can see this was dispatched on the 7th working day, which was within our 5-7 day working day dispatch promise on this particular item (as per your order confirmation). If the item you order is in our main warehouse then it will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm. If it is in our external warehouse, as in your case then it can take 5-7 working days for dispatch (more often than not it is earlier). I can see this was going to the US which obviously extended the delivery time. If you need something in time for an event or a specific date then do not hesitate to get in contact with us and we can see if we can give you an estimate on time, so that you can have a rough idea.

I can also see this was being delivered to the UAE and our estimated time for delivery is 4-7 days and you received this on the 19th September, which was 5 days from dispatch, which is also within our delivery time frame.
