Thank you for your feedback. We use a high quality paper to print the books and therefore the pages do not fall out like some of the cheaper alternatives available. To remove the pages it is best to tear out each page individually and if you put a crease along the perforation line first, then place your finger at the beginning of where you wish to start tearing, the pages should come out easily without ripping. On our website we say that in most cases all orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. We do not have a minimum order charge and we only have one standard delivery charge of £7.50 listed on our website. This is a standard charge for all deliveries to mainland UK. We received your order via our website on Friday, 27/03/2015, your order was processed and the item was then dispatched on Tuesday, 31/03/2015. You were charged the standard £7.50 delivery charge. I have checked the online tracking for your package and delivery was made to your address the next day, Wednesday, 01/04/2015.
