Thank you for the positive feedback you have left us today and previously. With regard to our delivery charge, we appreciate this can be high when ordering a low value product. It is, however, our priority to offer a quality service to our customers and with this in mind, all orders are despatched by courier using a next day tracked service to ensure the goods reach their destination in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. If by any chance our courier does lose a parcel we will replace it straightaway. The charge remains the same for all website orders to all addresses in mainland UK regardless of size or value.
