Mr Bright - Always best to call 01323 483689 if inquiry is urgent - generally if frozen fish food defrosts it is fine to refreeze and use so long as it smells OK - not putrid.
Shipping small amounts of anything frozen when the ambient temperature is 30+ during the day and 18 + at night is always going to be a compromise.
