A horrible company
I would rate them QuickcashMi zero stars if I could. I mailed in my card 12/18/19 after getting a 70% offer. It took over 2 months before I received a check, and it was only for 58% of the card...

Hi Ally-I am very sorry that you had a bad experience. We have been having difficulty verifying iTunes cards for a few reasons: we receive a high volume, there is a high rate of fraud with these cards, and iTunes customer service is very difficult to work with to obtain balance and redemption information. I am showing that we received your card on 12.24.19. We noticed that you had submitted the card as an Apple card but in fact it was an iTunes card - which is the reason for the 58% offer vs 70%. We communicated that with you and mutually agreed to that offer on 12.24.19. Check 1691 was issued on 02.07.20 which is almost 7 weeks after we had received it. So, I can understand your frustration with that delay. At this time, it is taking a minimum of 3 weeks to process iTunes cards.

I do have to say that Kerry from QuickcashMI was extremely helpful with making my experience a much better one than it previously was. She was able to get the original 70% offer honored and the funds were received very quickly. Thank you Kerry for all of your help!!
