When I place fund orders (ex: IEEM), I don't get to see the cut-off time for the purchase date / price. Also, there are no regular updates until the purchase is completed - it takes a few days...

The basic service is fine. Being pestered for 'feedback' is a negative.

Takes too long / too many clicks to get to view portfolio & there are too many security questions etc to log-in - otherwise very good

I love Sippdeal but don't give them an excellent rating as their list of available products to invest in is not wide enough. A number of times I have been recommended to invest in a particulat Unit...

My wife and I have used Sippdeal now for several years and I recommend my staff to use Sippdeal for their pensions. Most staff now do so and it brings a common interest and discussion in the office...

Good application for the iPhone, would be nice to get an average price for each of your stocks held in the portfolio. Otherwise excellent.

the web allows me to do all my day to day processing. The occasional requirement to call has always been dealt with swiftly
