Hello, Thank you for your review. We are saddened to hear that your cat has not been enjoying Yora. We've found that most cats love Yora, but are creatures of habit and will automatically reject new things. We recommend using their favourite bowl for Yora, and a new bowl for their old food. Start with 10% Yora in their old bowl and 90% of their old food in their new bowl; then gradually increase and decrease the proportions by 10% each day. It's totally normal for your cat to not eat Yora at first; it can take up to 9 days for them to start eating it. We always recommend gradually introducing Yora over a period of 7 days; starting with 25% Yora on day 1, and working up to 100% on day 7.
