Completed order over the telephone and received vey helpful information and service that enabled me to make my purchase. Good delivery service, although packaging needs to be more protective.

Prompt dispatch of the tree lights. I was struggling to find the traditional coloured lights as they are no longer fashionable, but I dislike white lights. They are not Christmassy to me at all....
Exemplary customer service. Quick dispatch of order and very helpful and efficient in dealing with queries. Would have no hesitation ordering from them again.

Excellent, easy to navigate site. Order arrived promptly. Would use them again.
In the words of Diana Ross, " I'm still waiting." I waited all day yesterday, no delivery. I checked today, still at depot. Very poor service.

I have checked your package and can see that you signed for it yesterday morning - 7th January. The service you paid for was our standard delivery which is 2 - 3 working days which your parcel has arrived within. Whilst I am of course very sorry that you are unhappy, I believe we have delivered exactly the service which we promised. kind regards Fiona

I did indeed receive the delivery yesterday. However, I was told to expect delivery the previous day, when I tracked the delivery online with DPD.That was why I was so disappointed, having wasted so much time waiting for a delivery that did not happen.
I have now had the first chance to inspect the lights. I can confirm that one set is working perfectly. They all appear to be made of extremely sturdy construction. I am really looking forward to the next festive season, when they will all be able to show their 'sparkling' glory to all our neighbours.
I shall have no hesitation in recommending your company to one and all!! I am a proud Cornishman happily resident in Wales.
