Xcite Car Leasing arvostelut

Hi John, Thanks for the five star review! We're really happy to hear that the team was able to arrange your new lease so smoothly 😊

Hi Marc, We rely on customer feedback to help us improve and are grateful for you taking the time to provide us with an honest review. I'm sorry that you were advised the car you've ordered was in stock when it was still on its way to the UK. We will sometimes show a car as in stock or nearly in stock when it is in transport as we know it will take roughly the same amount of time to arrive in the UK as it does for the finance documents to be signed and the cooling off period to expire. I understand this can cause some confusion and we will look to make sure this is clearer to customers in the future. The team will regularly get updates on your car as it progresses and will let you know these and we'll look to get your car delivered to you as soon as we can.

Hi Paul, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We love to hear what our customers have to say and it's great to know that you found the experience so straightforward 😊
